Trade Unions
The company has long standing and successful working relationships with trade unions. These partnerships are crucial to our success and help the organisation achieve its mission by enabling GSL employees to operate in an environment of trust.
The right to form and join a trade union is fundamental to the European Convention. We respect the right of our employees to trade union recognition and support the Employment Relations Act.
We involve and consult with our employees all of which entails working in partnership with trade unions such as the GMB, Unison and Amicus.
