Due to a new and long term contract win, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Mobile Engineer to join our Integrated Services division and provide a first class maintenance service for Fullhurst Community College.
We're looking for a qualifies and experienced Engineer to undertake plant and machinery maintenance as well as PPM across various school sites in the local area. Reporting to the Area Facilities Manager, you will need to be a fully qualifies Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with significant experience of building and facilities maintenance. As a vital member of the FM team, your excellant diagnostic and problem solving skills coupled with an adaptable approach will ensure that we provide an efficient and high quality service.
With operational experience of HV and LV systems, chilled water and gas systems, you will also need knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments and permit to work procedures. IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office and BMS are also required as you will maintain accurate records and ensure that systems are up to date.
