Due to a new and long term contract win, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Premises Manager to join our Integrated Services division and provide a first class maintenance service for Fullhurst Community College.

Responsible for managing, developing and motivating the maintenance team at Fulhurst Community College requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a practical approach. Reporting to the Area Facilities Manager, you will ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time and in line with contractual requirements. Undertaking maintanance work and assisting the cleaning teams when required means that you'll also need to be flexible with strong time management abilities. As an enthusiastic and reliable team player, you will liaise with colleagues, external contractors and the helpdesk as well as carrying out audits and managing the emergency incident and escalation procedures.

If you have previous FM management and maintenance skills, along with a common sense attitude and customer focused approach, this might be the role for you.
