Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich

The key organisations on the client side in this LIFT project include the three local PCTs and councils as well as South London and Maudsley, Bromley Hospitals and the London Ambulance NHS Trusts.

GSL’s involvement in the operational schemes is envisaged as operating a help desk service for the facility users to report facility management issues and to co-ordinate the following support services:

Beckenham Hospital (Beckenham Beacon)

Beckenham Beacon is a healthcare facility that will accommodate two local GP practices as well as providing a range of outpatient type services including:

The 4-storey building reached financial close in January 2005 and is due to open in 2009. It is one of the largest LIFT schemes to date.

  

Crofton Croydon Road Primary Care Centre

This new primary care centre will provide accommodation for a 4-GP practice and PCT offices. Additional services offered will include:

The scheme is due to reach financial close in mid 2006 and open in 2007.

 

Garland Road Primary Care Centre

This 1000m2 new build scheme comprises one 2-storey and one single storey developments accommodating:

The administrative functions and locality, health visiting and district nurse teams will have a close working relationship with each other of the first floor level as well as with the clinical teams on ground level.
