Manchester Magistrate's Court
This £35 million project is a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project to design, build, finance and operate the Magistrate's Court for the City of Manchester under a 25-year contract.
The building houses 20 new courtrooms and a large cell area. GSL employ a wide variety of staff to provide services to ensure that the client's requirements are met and delivered to an agreed and consistent standard in a modern environment.
