IT administration
The services we provide for our customers typically require us to manage volume and complexity. Our people are at the forefront of these services but we recognise that robust and effective IT systems play a part in enabling them to focus on the outputs that our customers require.
Over the years GSL have invested time and money in developing platforms and systems to support service delivery. These systems will:
- Match staff to tasks for example the selection and deployment of trainers or consultants against specified criteria (skills, experience, location, etc.).
- Track the progress of key jobs or projects (including monitoring allocated time, and generating information for invoicing or cross charging).
- Offer a delegate or customer interface that can handle enquiries, confirm bookings, and generate joining instructions or other data. The system can also maintain training and development or customer account records on an individual basis.
Generate key management information and reports via e-mail, hard copy or via web access.
We can offer customers a range of options for utilising these systems:
- A stand-alone package supplied for installation on the customer’s network.
- As above, with maintenance contract and/or on-site administrative support.
- The customer’s system securely hosted, maintained and administrated on our own server, with optional web access for the customer.
