Induction training
Civil Service Fast Stream Programme
We were appointed in 2002 to design and deliver a series of induction training events to support the Fast Stream Programme. This programme, managed by the Cabinet Office aims to identify and develop new entrants to the Civil Service who have the potential to attain the highest ranks within the Senior Civil Service. The programme introduces candidates to the culture and ethos of the Senior Civil Service, outlines the skills and competences they will need to develop and promotes a culture of self-development and lifelong learning.
We have trained some 250 delegates each year from most of the major central government agencies, and are responsible for all aspects of the service including the sourcing and management of training venues, delegate administration and programme management and delivery.
GCHQ induction training
We designed and delivered a series of half-day workshops for all occupants of the new accommodation as they decanted from the old buildings.
Over 4,500 staff were successfully familiarised with their new surroundings during the 12-month decant period.
