Performance management training

Home Office/Immigration and Nationality Directorate

 

GSL have been working with the Home Office since 1999 when we undertook a major programme of training on their new performance management system for some 10,000 staff in a little over nine months. Our experience and capability enabled us to identify and recruit a qualified pool of trainers bring on-line software systems to handle the complex scheduling arrangements (including arranging venues) and provide performance measurement. We were subsequently awarded an additional contract to provide workshops to 11,000 Home Office/IND staff to help them to implement key aspects of the performance management system.

Our relationship with the Home Office continues today as we work in partnership to develop and deliver specialised training courses to meet the organisation’s business needs. Current projects include management development, customer service and interviewing skills.
