UK Post Office training
GSL is helping the UK Post Office to deliver a massive training programme.
We are handling the logistics for the programme which involves training up to 18,000 counter staff and managers across the country in techniques for identifying Post Office services that could be of value to customers.
The GSL task is a complicated one as the programme involves between 800 and 900 different courses that are held at about 120 different venues around the UK. We are responsible for administering the whole programme, including the booking of venues, booking Post Office personnel on to the courses and maintaining a database to identify which personnel are on which courses at any given time.
